The Amelia Police Department offers fingerprinting for persons needing background
checks for employment or fingerprints taken for personal identification.
This free service is only available for residents of Amelia Village or persons seeking
employment at a business in Amelia Village.

Please bring 2 forms of identification (at least one a picture government issued ID) and
any fingerprint card provided to you. You may come to our Municipal Building
anytime during regular business hours.

Should your schedule keep you from being able to get here during those times,
feel free to contact us for an “after hours appointment”.

Persons needing to be fingerprinted that do not meet the above criteria should contact their local law enforcement agency for assistance.
